About Wiltshire Park

Wiltshire Park is situated on approximately 11 acres in Upper St. Clair features basketball courts, dek hockey, a walking path, sprinkler feature, pavilion, sand box and large playground.

The new playground was installed in 2014. When we visited the park seemed very clean and well kept. The large playground is designed for children ages 5 – 12years, although I’m sure younger children will enjoy it, too. Kids will love unique play equipment such as the large climbing net, rope bridges, large tube slides and various levels of play houses. It’s set slightly into the hillside which really gives it a fun look and feel. The playground surface is part astroturf, part soft rubber surface. There are also swings are located nearby.

Down the walking path you’ll find a picnic pavilion with benches and on-site restrooms. During summer months children can enjoy the sprinkle feature from the large frog that sits in between the picnic pavilion and sand box. He sprays water – always a fan favorite! Visitors can most likely enjoy the dozens of sand toys left for use in the sand box.

The park and playground are surrounded by tall trees. The sand box area is exposed to direct sun, however, there is a nearby hill with plenty of shade.

There is limited parking in a lot located across the street.

A shallow stream can be found nearby and along the walking path- it’s mostly fenced off but there is an open section towards the basketball courts.

Wiltshire Park is located at 108 McMurray Rd, Upper St Clair, PA 15241. It’s not too far from the the UCS Rec Center and Casey’s Clubhouse Playground – both are worth a visit during the summer months!
