The first day of Summer officially begins June 21st, but many families and children will be celebrating early as school officially end June 9th for Pittsburgh Public Schools. Weather Permitting is an outdoor weekly concert series held at the Shadyside Nursery. Each Sunday starting June 1st, the nursery transforms into a vibrant event space that features bands, beer from local breweries, food trucks and a farmer’s marketplace.
