    Fish-for-Free Days allow anyone, resident or non-resident, to fish all Pennsylvania waterways on Memorial Day weekend with no fishing license or trout/salmon permit required. All other fishing regulations still apply. A great opportunity to introduce kids to fishing at any western PA waterway.
