Three Rivers Arts Festival continues at Arts Landing on Penn Avenue ‚Äî free and open to all from noon to 9 PM. Today features Bandaloop’s vertical dance performances at 5 PM and 7 PM on the BNY Visitor Center facade, plus the Dollar Bank Stage headliner The War and Treaty at 7:30 PM.
