Pittsburgh Zoo's Family Week

Enjoy some family time at Eat’n Park Family Week. Each day will feature a new theme and highlight different animals throughout the Zoo with tons of fun activities, special animal encounters, mascot appearances, live entertainment and more!

• Saturday, June 14 – Kids Kingdom Kickoff: Enjoy our sea lion show, making cool crafts, airbrush tattoos and the chance to watch special enrichment activities.
• Sunday, June 15 – Shark Day: Visit with our mascots and watch a shark feeding. Make a special craft for dad to help him celebrate Father’s Day. All dad’s receive free admission when accompanied by a child.
• Monday, June 16 – PPG Aquarium Day: Meet the experts, get your face painted and visit with our mascots.
• Tuesday, June 17 – Bear Day: Join us for a special Teddy Bear Clinic from 10am-1pm. Meet our bear certified veterinary team to ensure that your best bear buddy is in paws-up shape. Space is limited for this activity. Afterwards, join Radio Disney Junior for music, games, and prizes. Watch as our bears receive special treats and enrichment items.
• Wednesday, June 18 – Monkey Around Day: Compare you handprint, make a craft, get your face painted and join Radio Disney for fun, music, and dancing.
• Thursday, June 19 – Giraffe Day: See how you measure up with fun animal trivia and crafts.
• Friday, June 20 – Sea Otter Day: Watch our sea otters receive a special treat, create a cool craft, and learn more about these fun animals.
• Saturday, June 21 – Cat Day: Meet the experts, make a craft, and watch as our big cats receive special enrichment. You can even get your face painted like your favorite Zoo cat.
