Check out this fun new trend in indoor fun… the trampoline park! It literally gives kids a chance to bounce off walls (and parents are invited, too). Wether you’re looking to escape some summer heat or burn off a little pent up winter energy, Sky Zone in Leetsdale has you covered.

What is Sky Zone?
Sky Zone is located in Leetsdale in a large industrial park setting. It opened in May of 2013. Inside you’ll find five trampoline courts, a foam pit, runway trampolines with a basketball net and 2 designated dodgeball courts. The areas in which the children play will depend upon the session they sign up for and their age.
We attended a morning session toddler time for children under 5yrs. The kids had access to the large court (which was plenty of jumping room). If you’re visiting on a weeknight or weekend you’ll have a chance to participate in their SkyJam or Open Jump- an all ages jumping session. Those sessions enable visitors to gain access to more areas of the trampoline park such as the foam pit.
Parents, bring your energy! You can enjoy jumping with you children (or get a birds eye view on the catwalk above).

Tips on Planning a Playdate
We’ve visited our fair share of indoor play spaces in Pittsburgh, but Sky Zone is pretty unique. Book online before you go! Spots fill up quickly! All jumpers are required to have a completed waiver on file prior to jumping. ANY jumper under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian. There are plenty of drinks and small snacks to purchase at their snack bar but they do not offer a full menu.
