Doo Dah Days is specifically a celebration of Lawrenceville’s most famous resident, Stephen Foster, who was the composer of such Americana as “Jeanie with the Light Brown Hair”, “Oh, Susannah”, and “My Old Kentucky Home”. The festival includes bands playing his music, along with other pieces from that time period, a tour of the Allegheny Cemetery, as well as some vendors and an information booth manned by the Lawrenceville HIstorical Society.
