Three Rivers Arts Festival

Day two of the Three Rivers Arts Festival at Arts Landing on Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District. Free and open to all from noon to 9 PM, featuring live music, artists, food vendors, and artisan markets. The 67th annual festival marks the grand opening of Arts Landing as a permanent outdoor civic space.
