Based on the farm-to-table concept\, Fresh Fest will be full of exciting opportunities to entertain the entire family. \nSpend some family time in Farm n’ Fun\, a kids zone full of hands-on activities. Participating collaborators will be Farm Truck Foods\, The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh\, PSU Extension Nutrition\, Pittsburgh Food Policy Council\, and the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens\, the Carnegie Science Center\, the 4H Club and more. Kids will enjoy creative activities based on fresh foods.  And\, they’ll even have a make and take area where kids can create their own dish to take home or to eat right there.
