Hello, Summer
To my fellow mothers/parents about to embark on this journey we call summer vacation…
I hope you find all the rocks in their pockets before they go in the washer.
I hope you triumph over the anti-shoes campaign.
I hope you’re able to get them to bed a handful of times before 9pm and maybe sleep in a couple times (darn you sunlight hours).
I hope you don’t hear the word “bored” TOO much.
Summer camps, classes and vacations can eat up a budget quickly.
Add in the occasional admission to theme parks, zoos, museums, etc.
…That puts us at a little under a small fortune.
But don’t let that ruin the fun! 😉
